If your financial records need a cleanup to get your financial reporting back on track or to be prepared for your CPA, we provide retroactive bookkeeping services. This one-time service brings your books up to date and ensures your financial reports help you make better decisions for your business. Retroactive services are required for onboarding of new recurring bookkeeping service clients.
Sales Tax Filing
Starting at $50/period (in addition to ongoing bookkeeping services)
We handle your sales tax filings based on your designated filing frequency, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Payroll Processing
Starting at $10/employee/month (in addition to ongoing bookkeeping services)
Whether it be for hourly or salary employees, using QuickBooks, Gusto, or ADP, we ensure the information is entered and processed correctly.
Our Onboarding Process
We set up a virtual or in-person meeting to get to know you and identify your business’ needs.
1 - Introduction
We set up your chart of accounts and bring your books up to speed as of the most recent close.
2 - Retroactive
We meet with you again to go over the completed work to ensure your needs are being met.
3 - Review
We begin preparing your financials on a monthly or quarterly basis alongside your other services.

We match and enter transactions that are cleared through your accounts into your books.
1 - Categorization
We reconcile each transaction to ensure they match what is presented in your accounts.
2 - Reconciliation
We send over a list of questions and transactions for you to help identify to ensure accuracy.

We review your financial reports line by line to ensure everything is recorded properly.

We upload a copy of your financial reports for you to use to your client portal.

Can you do our taxes?
Not at this time. We will work with our recommended or your trusted CPA to help prepare your taxes. We can communicate and collaborate with your CPA to ensure your financials are best optimized for your specific tax situation.
I don’t see my industry on your “Who we've served” list. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Fundamentally, there are similarities in financial statements from all industries, but we will do the work of research so that your business is well served. We want to learn with you!
Do you outsource your employees?
Absolutely not. A common practice in accounting and CPA firms is to hire people from out of the country to do bookkeeping and simple tax returns on the cheap, sometimes without disclosure. We don’t think that’s right or secure. Our employees will always be local, which means your financial data stays with us. The accountant preparing your financials will always be the same person you meet with virtually or in person.
What bookkeeping softwares do you work with?
Primarily Quickbooks Online, but we are always open to working outside of that world and learning with you. Our priority is end-product quality, so as long as we can guarantee that on a different software, we will work with that system.
Can I work with you if I’m not local?
While we prefer working with clients in our region, we are not opposed to working with clients that are outside that area.
